Ordering Aquatic Plants
The following plants have some state restrictions: Hornwort/Coontail, Parrot Feather, Longwood Hybrid Canna, Dwarf Umbrella Palm, Micro-Mini Cattail, Water Lettuce & Water Hyacinth. Live plants are shipped within 7-10 business days when weather permits. Plants are shipped 2-Day Express to ensure your orders arrive healthy and intact.

The shopping cart will not reflect this shipping charge, although the appropriate shipping fee will be applied. Your order will ship directly from the nursery. Please note plants will ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure you will receive your plants for the weekend. All plants ship bare root with the exception of bog plants which ship in 3.5" soil plugs. Also note, when non-aquatic plant items are ordered with aquatic plants, they will ship as two seperate shipments. The aquatic plants will ship with the appropriate plant shipping cost and non-aquatic plant items will be subject to our normal shipping rates.
Ordering Snails
Black Japanese Trapdoor Snails are available, but must be ordered in quantities of 20 or more or with plant orders. Snails cannot be shipped to California.
Ordering Chemicals
Chemicals cannot be shipped to California, Connecticut, Maine, New Jersey, New York & Washington.
UPS Shipments:
Most packages ship UPS ground. If faster service is needed please call. UPS Ground delivery ships within 24 hours of placing your order (except weekends). Orders will be delivered in 4-8 business days. Back-orders, drop shipments, special orders and live plants are excluded. Additional handling may apply to your order and will be noted in your cart. Shipping rates are as follows:

Motor Freight Shipments:
If an item is too large to ship UPS. The item must be shipped via common carrier. The shipping rates for these items are as follows:

Damaged Shipments:
Please inspect your delivery before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived "complete and without damage". You may refuse a shipment if it has suffered damage in transit without penalty.
